          We are excited to announce a new benefit for members of Dr. Cranney Family Medicine.  We have worked with MUV Fitness to sponsor a membership plan with a $19 per month rate for our patients as well as the same rate for family members.  Click on the button below to see the flier with instructions to enroll.  As proof of membership, just attach your most recent invoice to the email when enrolling.  You can also change your current rate to our sponsored rate through the same process.  This rate follows you even if you leave our practice (we hope you don't) as long as you keep the membership current.

          We have passed our 200 patients enrolled threshold and are very excited to continue growing.  We will be raising our rates effective 7/1/2022 for new members only.  Current membership pricing will remain in effect for those already enrolled.  So, if you have friends or family that have been trying to decide if now was the right time to join, let them know how to take advantage of current pricing.
